Ok, this is my first time, but I will do my best.

This in the looks is really cool, light looks and feel real. The faces look very real and believable, the makeup on there faces add's more details to the image without destroying the faces (which is a mistake very common that people make).
The background is very simple, fits the theme and all. One important thing, you made the hairs (a difficult part of making humans, furries and I would guess also ponies) really good with each one just like in the show (even better like for Luna).

Sorry, but I wasn't going to only say good things. Well, by the Vision standarts, I didn't got what you were trying to achive (maybe it didn't had?). I have already seen a lot of arts in the style of a character in the center, two facing the sides and one above the others, so not much originality there. By tecnique, I feel like you lost a lot of potential with all that space in the bottom (maybe continue Twilight's body?) and about Twillight. I didn't like her mouth, making like the others would look better in my opinion. I am not a fan of MLP, but this art looks so good from the others about MLP that I will most likely remember it for a while.

I just want to remember that this isn't to say that your art looks terrible, I am trying to help you with your future drawings and technic. Hopefully you understood that and have a great day.
